Professional role. The rate of burnout is very high. A couple of people quit without another job to go to during my time there (just over a year). Lots of people are either burnt out or close to it. The people are nice and management is amenable to change, but they don't seem keen to hire more people to make the improvements they need to be aiming for, unfortunately.
